Lens Inspection QC X75 Promotional Program Until End of 2012

To introduce the newly re-engineered Lens Inspection QC X75 (Ordering Code #0085601), Bulbtronics has launched a promotional pricing program that extends until year’s end.  List price for the new QC X75 is $2395. Until the end of the year, Optical Labs and other optical customers can purchase 1 unit for $2,195 and two or more for $2,095.

The QC X75 includes an Ozone-Free 75w Xenon lamp which previously was an additional purchase. Bulbtronics engineers specified the ozone-free version of the lamp as a safety precaution as ozone is known to degrade plastics.

Lens Inspection Unit Re-Engineered, Re-Named, Ready to Go

A proven quality control product and workhorse, Bulbtronics has distributed its Lens Inspection unit to Optical Labs and others in the optical marketplace since 1994. To bring the unit up to contemporary standards, Bulbtronics tasked 0energy, a U.S. manufacturer, to re-engineer this proprietary product that has enjoyed a unique place in the optical industry.



Reintroduced in October 2012, the new unit, now named Lens Inspection QC X75, is functionally the same, but features an ozone-free 75w bright white xenon lamp (included) set in a well-ventilated lamp housing that adjusts vertically and swivels 90 degrees left, right or down; an integrated power supply that eliminates the need for a transformer for users outside the U.S.; a special dichroic glass to filter UV emitted by the lamp; and a 1 year warranty.



The QC X75 (Ordering Code #0085601)is available to ship now directly to optical labs that have long used the bright light output of the Lens Inspection unit to pinpoint and sort out lenses with imperfections that may have occurred during the grinding and or coating process, ensuring a top quality product for their customers.
